Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
Reporting Damages or Defects
Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, you must email us with:
-Clear photos of the damaged item
-Photos of the packaging and shipping box as received
Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Returns (Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind)
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
-Item must be unused
-In original packaging
-Approved by Amak Living before return
Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be credited.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
A request does not guarantee cancellation. Orders already processed, shipped, or in transit may not be eligible. If cancellation is approved after processing, it may be treated as a return and subject to restocking and freight fees.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after:
-The returned item is received at the warehouse
-The item is inspected and confirmed to be in sellable condition
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
-Items returned after 30 days
-Used or damaged items not reported within 48 hours
-Unauthorized returns
