Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Most items ship within the lead time shown on the product page. Some products may ship the same or next business day, while others may require additional handling time.

After your order has shipped:

-Parcel deliveries: typically arrive within 2–7 business days

-Freight (LTL) deliveries: may take up to 21 business days depending on location and carrier scheduling

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Amak Living is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect addresses.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the customer, the order will be subject to:
