Orders & Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment gateways. Your card is charged only after your order has been confirmed for processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed by our fulfillment partners and typically ship within the listed lead time for each product. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days for parcel shipments and may take longer for freight (LTL) items. Tracking information is provided when available.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Requests do not guarantee cancellation. Orders already processed, shipped, or in transit may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved before return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Reports outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
